🌀 Tuning In Process:
Before taking your dose, set your intention. Take a moment to connect with your body and mind. Ask yourself what you wish to support today—whether it’s detox, digestion, relaxation, motivation or emotional balance. This mindful approach helps focus the healing process. Whether you are using this as part of your healing practice, a way to connect deeply with yourself, or simply to focus your energy, this tuning-in process can help you prepare for a nourishing experience.

Step 1: Focus on Breath

  • Start with deep breaths: Inhale deeply through your nose, expand your belly, and exhale slowly through your mouth as if you are blowing bubbles into your favorite drink. Feel the Qi flowing into your body with each inhale and exiting with each exhale. Extend your exhales longer than your inhales to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and promote relaxation.

Step 2: Release Tension

  • Scan your body and mind: As you breathe out, consciously relax and release areas of tightness any mental or physical strain you might be holding. Envision any stagnant energy being released with each breath.

Step 3: Sensory Awareness

Engage your senses in sequence, tuning in deeply to the present moment. This process connects your body to the here and now, sharpening your awareness and presence.

  • Taste: Press your thumb to your pointer finger, focus on the thumb, inhale into the sense of taste, exhale to release. Taste what you taste and let it go.
  • Smell: Press your thumb to your pointer finger, focus on your pointer finger, inhale into the sense of smell, exhale to release. Smell what you smell and let it go.
  • Touch: Press your thumb to your middle finger. Inhale and feel the sensation of touch, exhale to release. Feel your fingers pressed together, clothes on your skin, and let it go.
  • Sight: Press your thumb to your ring finger. Inhale with your eyes open, exhale with them closed, and repeat three times, leaving them closed after the last exhale.
  • Sound: Press your thumb to your pinky, tune into distant sounds, and bring your awareness to closer sounds. Finish by tuning into the sound of your heartbeat.

Step 4: Gratitude

Focus on your heart space. Consider three things you are grateful for in this moment. You are ready to set your intention from a present, grateful space.

Step 5: Set your intention

Set your intention as you hold your DharmaCap in your hand or as you mix your powder into your liquid.

Step 6: Visualize

As you consume your Dharmaceutical, visualize yourself being guided by your intention. What does it look like to be motivated, relaxed, focused, satisfied etc.

  • I am motivated and focused.
  • I am worthy of love and compassion.
